So who exactly are the Sacconejolys?

An Irish family has achieved fame by videoing their daily life and publishing on YouTube:

“Welcome to our lives! We are the SACCONEJOLYs Irish vloggers living in London, we upload videos of our life together everyday!”

When Jonathan Joly married Anna Saccone they both decided that instead of Anna dropping her family name they would both take each other’s name and join them together. They choose to use SACCONEJOLY rather then JOLYSACCONE simply because it sounded better. They have two children, Emilia and Eduardo plus six Maltese dogs: Albi, Sina, Theo, Bianca, Nivea and Nuvola.

Jonathan Joly was born in Dublin and Anna Saccone was born across the Atlantic in Baltimore.

The family also includes Oma (Grandma/ Anna’s mum), Emma (Children’s Aunt/ Anna’s sister) and Erika (Children’s Aunt/ Anna’s little sister.)

(They also had a puppy named Minnie but sadly she passed away when she was only three-weeks-old and was buried in the garden.)

Another sad part about this family is just under a year ago Anna was pregnant with a third baby but a scan indicated that something wasn’t right… the next day the Sacconejolys flew to Florida for a holiday but when they got back in England such upsetting news was yet to be told.

One normal morning Anna woke up and got ready however she was bleeding (she was only six weeks pregnant so she knew the baby had a problem). Their friend, fellow YouTube sensation Zoella got a call from them and she came to the house to look after the children, whilst they went to find out what was happening. Anna then found she was carrying around a miscarried baby.

At 11 weeks pregnant, devastated, they had the baby removed; they wrapped it up and placed it in a lantern. Now Jonathan has a squid tattoo on the back of his hand because that’s what he called all the babies before their gender was revealed.

Last month, a very healthy third child named Alessia Francesca arrived, and she is beautiful.
