Lunchly is a popular snack known for its similarities to Lunchables and who made it. Because of the quotes Logan Paul said and the many advertisements Jimmy (Mr Beast), KSI, and Logan made, this snack has inspired many memes (funny skits). Even though it became popular quickly, is Lunchly good for you?
How did it gain popularity?
It gained a lot of popularity in such a short amount of time. How did it do this? First, it was made by three famous people – Mr beast, KSI, and Logan Paul – who are well-known worldwide. Since these famous people made Lunchly, many children and parents buy it for their children. This means they have gained a lot of money because their audience is children (between 7-16); many children would buy this to try it out. Unfortunately, there are a lot of bad points between Lunchly.
What backlash is Lunchly getting?
Lunch is like Lunchables because Lunchly took inspiration from Lunchables but tried to make it better and healthier. Even though it is more popular, it is undoubtedly not better! The company received a lot of criticism from doctors and other creators, saying that the ingredients in Lunchly were unhealthy and contained mould. Lunchly is getting backlash (hate), and some creators are tweeting or making videos about how bad Lunchly is, like Rosanna Pinsino and DanTDM, who said that Lunchly was very unhealthy and not suitable for their viewers, who were children.
“This is selling cr*p to kids who don’t know better than to trust the people who are selling it to them.” This tweet from DanTDM received quick replies from Logan and KSI.
KSI tweeted back, “This looks like crap to me!” teasing DanTDM by showing a Minecraft toy that was made from him. Meanwhile, Logan Paul tweeted, defending Lunchly, or, in other words, “glazing” it.
Fun facts and extra information:
Mr. Beast, KSI, and Logan had many ways to advertise Lunchly or their products, such as Prime and Feastables. KSI’s advertising method is very well-known because the song “Thick of It” features his prime bottle, making many people laugh and tease him. The song has over 11 million views in a month! Did you know Lunchly was made on September 16th?
